Ride In Sync is a group coordination tool for use during rides. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Service while operating a vehicle in a manner that distracts you from safe driving or riding.
- Share your location or ride session with people without their knowledge or consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
2. Safety
Ride In Sync is a coordination aid, not a safety device. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others during any ride. Never interact with the app while in motion — always pull over safely before checking your phone.
3. Accounts and Guest Access
You may use certain features as a guest without an account. Registered accounts require accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the Service is owned by or licensed to Ride In Sync. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Real-time location features depend on device GPS and network connectivity; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride In Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
